Massage Therapy

Massage therapy is a hands-on practice that manipulates soft tissues to relieve tension, reduce pain, and promote relaxation. Techniques vary from gentle strokes to deep pressure, improving circulation, flexibility, and overall well-being. It is used for stress relief, injury recovery, and enhancing physical and mental health. Types of massages offered:

  • Myofascial Massage

  • Visceral Manipulation/Holistic Abdominal Therapy

  • Lymphatic Drainage Massage

 Lymphatic massage is performed by Tina Abundis ONLY. Visceral manipulation/holistic abdominal therapy is available during Thai bodywork as well.

Thai Bodywork

Thai massage is a dynamic therapy that combines deep pressure, rhythmic movements, and assisted stretching to relieve muscle tension and improve flexibility. Performed on a floor mat with the client fully clothed, the practitioner uses their hands, elbows, knees, and feet to apply pressure and guide the body through yoga-like stretches. This enhances circulation, reduces stiffness, and improves posture and mobility, making it both therapeutic and rejuvenating.   

We also offer Thai herbal compresses as an add on to your session. Thai regional herbs are made into a poultice and steamed before applying them, offering an herbal alternative to hot stones.

Craniosacral Therapy

Craniosacral therapy (CST) is a gentle, hands-on technique that helps release tension in the craniosacral system, which surrounds the brain and spinal cord. Using light touch, practitioners promote fluid movement and fascia release, supporting the body’s natural healing. CST is used to relieve stress, pain, and trauma-related tension, enhancing overall well-being.  This technique is for adults and children.
